All gala attendees are asked to acknowledge and accept the terms of the Foundation’s 
COVID-19 Policy which can be found here.

As we are an organization comprised of healthcare professionals serving medically vulnerable populations, we request that participants have a COVID-19 rapid test taken the day before the event and kindly submit the results to ensure the safety of our community by limiting COVID-19 transmission risk at our 2022 Gala.
